Our mission

For many LGBTQIA+ community members, booking a healthcare appointment is more than finding an open slot. Will this provider respect who I am? Will I have to explain myself to get the care I need? Am I safe?

We’re building QT Care to remove that guesswork. With verified providers, honest care information, and search tools shaped by the community we serve, our users can make confident decisions about their care.

Because trust should start at the search bar, not the exam room.

What we stand for

The promises behind every search, match, and visit on QT Care.

  • Judgement-free

  • LGBTQIA+ founded

Built by people who needed this too.

How QT Care works

01.

Tell us what you need

A few quick questions about the care you’re looking for, so we can surface providers who actually fit, not just the closest ones.

  • Choose the type of care you’re looking for
  • Add your insurance
  • Pick in-person or telehealth
  • Fine-tune with provider preferences after you see matches

02.

See your matches

Providers are ranked by how well they fit what you told us, not by who paid for placement. Change your answers or add filters whenever you want.

  • See why each provider was matched to you
  • Read provider profiles before you commit
  • Compare options side by side
  • Refine your results with filters at any time

What makes us different?

01.

Filter by what matters to you

Choose providers by identity, care approach, and specialty. Set your preferences once and your searches follow them.

  • Filter by provider identity and training
  • Choose a care approach, like harm reduction or trauma-informed
  • Narrow by specialty
  • Change your filters anytime
